By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Because many of our soft plastic fishing lures are hand-crafted and made in small batches, processing times may vary during:
- Product Launches
- Holidays
- Sales or promotional events
- High Order volume periods
- Custom lure orders
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customer location
- Seasonal demand
Typical delivery estimates after shipment:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
At this time, Black Halo Fishing Co. currently ships within the United States.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations at our discretion.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your oder ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tacking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before submitting an order.
Black Halo Fishing Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
LOST, STOLEN, or DELAYED PACKAGES
Black Halo Fishing Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours ma not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom colorways, made-to-order baits, and personalized items may require additional processing time.
Estimated production timelines will be communicated when applicable.
Custom orders may be non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
WEATHER & HEAT DISCLAIMER
Soft plastic fishing lures may become temporarily deformed or warped if exposed to excessive heat during transit or after delivery.
To help preserve product quality:
- Retrieve packages promptly after delivery
- Avoid leaving products in hot vehicles or direct sunlight for extended periods.
Minor bending or warping can often be corrected by placing the lure flat at room temperature.
SHIPPING CARRIER ISSUES
Once an order has been shipped, shipping carrier performance is outside of our control.
For issues involving:
- Delays
- Lost Packages
- Delivery Scans
- Carrier claims
Customers may need to contact the carrier directly.
